Ensure quality S2OH. This will be easy to want to cheat to make it UB and get further along in the workout. Making it further with no-reps doesn't make you better or raise intensity. You're only practicing bad habits, making you more prone to injuries, no-reps in competition, or missing 1RM attempts because you never lock out the low weight. Hold yourself accountable and lock out every rep, no barbell jumping jacks.
