Here you'll perform 1 hang clean from the hips, 1 hang clean from above the knees, 1 clean from the floor, and then 1 jerk. That complex is 1 set, you'll perform 4 total sets @ 65% of your 1RM C&J, resting 60 seconds between each set. After completing all 4 sets of 1), you'll move onto 2).
This is a clean deadlift with a shrug at the top. The elbows should only bend minimally due to the upward momentum of the bar, you are not required to actually pull with the arms on these. You'll perform 4 reps in a row, and then rest for 60 seconds, repeating 3 more times for a total of 4 sets.
Death by Thruster (95/65#)
minute 1: 1 thruster
minute 2: 2 thrusters
minute 3: 3 thrusters
minute 4: 4 thrusters....
Continue this pattern until you no longer complete the required number of reps in under 1 minute.
