Tomorrow we'll be on an abbreviated schedule. We'll still have our 6:30am classes; however, in lieu of afternoon classes, we'll have an open gym from 10-12pm. I'm still posting a WOD you can do, but you can come in and work on whatever you'd like during this time.
Deadlift @ Wendler Max + 20#
Set 1: 5 reps @ 40%
Set 2: 5 reps @ 50%
Set 3: 5 reps @ 60%
This is the last day of our de-load week, we'll hit the next 3 weeks with our heaviest weight yet, have one more de-load week, and then test for those new 1RMs!
