This will finish up our first de-load week. Next week we'll add 10 pounds for low body strength sets and 5 pounds to upper body strength sets, again, the increase in weight is based off our Wendler Max (no actual 1 RM)
Fitness isn't just about barbells and gymnastics. We are not speacialists, and we will not speacialize. Testing and practicing different time and modal domains of a variety of movements is imperative for improvement. Today may not be fun for some of you, but it will help you improve!
