Like we discussed last week, these percentages are based on 90% of your actual 1RM. This 90% number is called your "Wendler Max". We'll use the "Wendler Max" number to calculate our working weights each day for strength sets. Finally, the last set of each day will be completed for max GOOD reps. This means stop just before your technique goes, do not allow yourself to perform additional reps with poor technique (Bro-reps), over time, you will hurt yourself doing this.
